A top academic hospital in Brooklyn is seeking a geriatric-trained physician for a full-time, outpatient position. This employed role offers a base salary plus RVU bonus, CME allowance, and comprehensive hospital benefits, including malpractice coverage. The hospital is also launching a fellowship program and is looking for someone interested in a fully outpatient role with teaching responsibilities. Job Description:
Compensation : $220000 - $235000 Job ID : 35971
Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- 9AM - 5PM.
Department includes three providers and is expanding to add a primarily outpatient physician.
Outpatient care provided in a beautiful ambulatory pavilion on the hospital campus.
Average of 5–7 patients per day; 1-hour appointments for new patients and 30-minute follow-ups — all geriatric patients (no internal medicine).
Call schedule is 1 in 6 weeks — telephone call only.
Job Requirements:
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics.
- NY License required.
- Board Certification required.
