Job Responsibilities
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
• Oversee peer review, quality assurance, and evidence-based practice protocols.

Qualifications
• Board certified with a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare leadership experience required.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and quality initiatives.
• Strong background in clinical research or innovation preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
