Job Responsibilities
✅ Lead and mentor a dynamic Hospital Medicine team
✅ Oversee and ensure high standards of care, safety, and efficiency
✅ Collaborate with hospital administration to implement best practices
✅ Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory policies
✅ Support recruitment, retention, and physician development
✅ Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and workflow management
✅ Work 40–50 hours per week (Mon–Fri schedule)
Qualifications
🔹 Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain)
🔹 Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an acute care or hospitalist setting
🔹 Clean malpractice and license history
Working Hours
40–50 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible daytime hours)
No weekends, holidays, or after-hours call requirements
