Cascade Medical, a top critical-access hospital, in Leavenworth, Washington (WA) seeks a Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) Physician to join their stable and tenured team of 5 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners as Medical Director.
• 4-day work week
• 0% Full-time RN turnover in 2024
• Dedicated time for administrative duties each week
• Outpatient only with no call requirements
• Max expectation of 18 patients per day
• Options to incorporate specific interests in pain management, geriatrics, or other areas of interest
Compensation:
• Base salary of $286,124 - set and not based on production
• Medical Director Stipend of $38,000
• Incentive and quality based bonuses
• Sign-on bonus of $25,000
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• First year package of $379,014.80
• Negotiable based on skills and experience
• Federal and state student loan repayment options available
• Comprehensive benefits package including FULLY PAID health, dental, and vision insurance for the Physician AND family
• 403b and 457 Retirement Plans with match
• 7+ Weeks of Paid Time Off
