Associate Medical Director - Medical Specialty in Manitowoc, WI
- Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE (.2 administrative / .8 clinical)

Role Description:
- Provide clinical leadership for patient care, quality improvement initiatives, provider clinical activities, clinical processes, workflows, and resource management
- Foster system integration and collaboration across care teams to improve coordination of care
- Partner with VP/Director of Nursing and Hospital President as part of the administrative leadership team
- Collaborate with medical staff leadership to promote high-quality patient care, implement process improvement, and facilitate educational activities
- Ensure performance improvement and utilization management plans meet Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements
