Associate Medical Director - Medical Specialty in Manitowoc, WI
Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE (.2 administrative / .8 clinical)

Role Description:
Provide clinical leadership for patient care, quality improvement initiatives, provider clinical activities, clinical processes, workflows, and resource management
Foster system integration and collaboration across care teams to improve coordination of care
Partner with VP/Director of Nursing and Hospital President as part of the administrative leadership team
Collaborate with medical staff leadership to promote high-quality patient care, implement process improvement, and facilitate educational activities
Ensure performance improvement and utilization management plans meet Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements
