This leadership role involves overseeing the evaluation, management, and coordination of patient care while adhering to state and federal guidelines, including CMS regulations. Job Responsibilities
📅 Facility Rounds: Conduct regular rounds and monitor the health of Veterans.
📞 24/7 On-Call Services: Provide leadership and coordination for emergency and acute care services.
💊 Care Supervision & Consultations: Lead and oversee prescribing medications, transferring patients to hospitals, and ensuring optimal care plans.
📝 Charting & Documentation: Ensure accurate patient records are maintained in compliance with regulations.
💳 Billing & Compliance: Ensure proper billing procedures for Medicare/Medicaid services and adherence to federal guidelines.
Qualifications
🏥 Experience: Preferably in long-term or geriatric care with leadership experience.
📋 Regulatory Compliance: Adherence to all Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
🛂 Credentialing: Provide credentialing documentation, background check, drug test, and tuberculosis test.
🎓 Orientation & Training: Complete orientation and mandatory training.
