Location: Mayfield, KY
Compensation: $130-$155/hr + $3,000/month stipend

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 7 AM - 7 PM, Full-Time (FT) with no on-call duties.
• Team Structure: Expanding to a 4-physician program, with 2 physicians on during the day and Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) coverage at night.
• Patient Load: Manageable census of 12-15 patients per day per provider.
• Support: Closed ICU with 24/7 Intensivist coverage – no procedures required, though competency in simple vent management is preferred.
• Facility: 107-bed hospital with an 11-bed ICU.
• Leadership Opportunity: Shape the program and lead a team while enjoying full clinical and administrative support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
• Experience: Prior hospital medicine experience is required. Leadership experience is a plus, but strong candidates ready to grow into this role are encouraged to apply.
• Residency: 2025 residents will not be accepted.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Respond to codes as part of the Hospital Medicine team.
