We are seeking an Area Manager in Manhattan, NY, to oversee the operations of our clinics within a defined geographic area. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving clinic growth, enhancing the patient experience, fostering people development, and optimizing operational efficiency, all of which are critical to our overall expansion.

This is a full time position with a hybrid structure, requiring you to work both from our main office and the clinics you oversee. You will be responsible for leading a team of Clinical Operations Managers across multiple locations, ensuring they uphold our high standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits: $110,000 - $120,000 plus benefits


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience in a service/wellness/medical environment
  • 3 years of multi-site management
  • 3 years of high level people management (managing managers) with the ability to oversee up to 10 direct reports.
  • Ability to manage across multiple priorities
  • Experience getting into the weeds of different processes
  • Experience in G-Suite for business, including google sheets, slides etc.

  • Create a strong talent pipeline by developing managers under your purview and supporting them in enhancing their teams.
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding patient experiences, as evidenced by high NPS scores.
  • Cultivate a cohesive cross-functional community within clinics by partnering with the Director of Midwifery, Lead Midwives, and Associate Medical Directors.
  • Supervise the development and implementation of schedules, service lines, and communication protocols between our clinics, patients, and partner hospitals at a regional level.
  • Collaborate with leadership on improvement initiatives that will shape the company's future as it scales.
