Medical Director:
- Primary Care Medical Director
- MD or DO Preferred - FP or IM
- Relocation, Sign On, and Retention Bonuses
- Direct Patient Care/Integrative Team Approach
- 3 NPs & 1 Physician
- Primary/Dedicated MA
- Specialty Providers rotate through as needed.
- Bread and Butter Primary Care
- 1 Full Dedicated Day of Admin
- 4 days of Clinic: Average 14 patients per day
- Youth and Family Guidance Center/Behavioral Health Clinic
- MUST Provide Culturally Appropriate Care
- M-F, 7:00AM - 4:30PM, No Nights or Weekends
- Monthly Call Rotation: Triaged by Nursing
