Seeking an Off-Shift Weekend/Holiday Associate Director of Nursing (ADN) who will be entrusted with shift responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care across clinical units and the medical center. This role aligns with the hospital and nursing service mission, contributing to strategic planning, clinical management, patient care, and financial objectives. The ADN champions health system service standards, creating a patient-focused, caring environment, and fostering collaboration and respect among healthcare team members.

Compensation: $128,750 - $143,200

Qualifications:

· Master’s Degree in Nursing, required.

· Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience, including previous nursing leadership.

· Licensed and currently registered as a Professional Nurse (RN) in New York State required.
