Compensation: $325,000 + Admin/Medical Director Stipend

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical oversight and guidance to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices.
• Conduct regular reviews of clinical processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Medical Director to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Participate in decision-making processes related to medical policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
• Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of New York.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
