We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Healthcare Clinic in Sierra Vista, AZ. The Administrator will play a crucial role in optimizing productivity, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, enhancing the patient and employee experience, and monitoring and improving quality measures. This position requires close collaboration with leadership to advance the vision and mission of the clinic.

Sierra Vista a city located in Cochise County, Arizona, combines natural beauty, cultural heritage, and a strong sense of community, making it a desirable destination in southeastern Arizona.


Compensation: $25.51 Per Hour Plus Benefits:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years' experience; or high school diploma and six (6) years of supervisory experience in healthcare; or associate degree in healthcare or related field and four (4) years of supervisory experience; or bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field and two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • Current CPR card.
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
  • Driver's License and Proof of Insurance may be required if requesting mileage reimbursement.
  • Bachelor's degree in health center administration, business, business management, public health, or a related field preferred.
  • Two (2) years of experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center preferred.
