**Primary Care Medical Director Opening - Lancaster, NH**
**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Outpatient position with leadership/Division Chair interest.
- Seeking a provider who plans to stay and practice within the community
- Serves as the clinician who oversees and guides the outpatient care and the medical director(s) of quality for primary care, facilitates office flow and addresses day-to-day clinical aspects, and acts as the direct clinical supervisor for outpatient medical practitioners
- The Primary Care Medical Director will spend 1/3 of the scheduled time, approximately 12 hours per week on Medical Director Responsibilities and 2/3 of time, 28 hours per week as a primary care clinician and will work collaboratively and cooperatively as a member of the health care team within the Health Centers and the Hospital
- 20-24 patients per day
- Enjoys EMR Optimization, implementation and development, best practice strategies as well as direct patient care
- Community call (including local nursing home patients) TBD, likely 1:4
- EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
- Reports to the Chief Medical Officer
- Supported by an RN Team leader and designated MA
- Specialist services available: Audiology, Cardiology, ENT/Allergy, General Surgery, Neurology, OB/GYN, Orthopaedics, Podiatry, Pulmonary Medicine, Radiology, Sleep Medicine,Tele-Medicine Rheumatology, Urology.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Competitive compensation, including wRVU productivity. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
- 5+ years in practice in outpatient primary care
- BLS, ACLS

Closest airport is Burlington or Portland, ME (2.7 hours).
