Seeking full time Licensed Master Social Worker in San Angelo, TX. Responsible for the delivery of professional complex services to patients and patient's families within an interdisciplinary team setting.

- Epic EMR
- TX LMSW license required
- 2 years experience in social work/counseling preferred
