Suburban Boston, MA Seeking Medical Director of Primary Care

Come on down to the city known for baked beans, Fenway Park, The Boston Marathon, and of course for the bar from Cheers. This well-established and fully integrated multi-specialty practice in the sought-after Boston market had their Medical Director relocate out of state, and they're seeking a Family Medicine physician to both lead the charge and also take over for an existing patient panel at one of their clinics. You will have a voice in this organization.

The ideal candidate is a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician - a minimum of 5 years' experience (2 of which must be in a leadership position) is required for consideration.

- $225k to $245k Salary DOE
- Annual raises on salary
- 70% Clinical + 30% Leadership/Admin
- 100% Outpatient
- 1:8 call, but it's phone only and extremely light volume (maybe 3 to 4 total calls over an entire week)
- Average: 15 ppd
- Full benefits including retirement, loan repayment, and 32 PTO days
