  • The incumbent will be a board-certified physician practicing either primary care or surgical specialty
  • Demonstrates commitment to an interdisciplinary approach to care delivery
  • Management and leadership experience in a patient first focused health setting
  • Demonstrates skill in providing a clinical interface with other disciplines
  • Excellent problem solving, change management and communication skills
  • Experience in risk-based population health initiatives and value-based care
  • Demonstrates experience with quality metrics, patient experience, and process improvement
  • Understanding of dyad relationships and site lead/practice management structure
  • Identification, support and development of lead clinicians
  • A comprehensive understanding of issues facing the health care industry and the implications for the future provision of clinical services
  • Embraces physician and advanced practice provider engagement through routine rounding, feedback and stoplight management
  • Oversight of quality, safety and performance of the market(s)
  • Participate in recruitment efforts
