--Idaho State Medical license (Jackson & Coker will pay for your license)
--Board Certified MFM; Fellowship required
--Clinic M-F + hospital rounding + shared night/weekend call
--Start October 2018 and will be ongoing

Facility Information:
--350+ beds
--1,000+ annual deliveries
--6 L&D Suites
--Level III NICU

Dates Required:
--October 14-November 2
--November 8-11; November 13-16; November 19-21
--December 4-6; December 13-17; December 20-30
