Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed, ongoing
Preferred Schedule: Nov. 23 - 29, Dec. 23 - Jan. 3, Q1 2027 availability 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, but will review all availability offered. Clinic and Call (Start time for call is 7:30 am)
Worksite Setting: Clinic & Hospital (when on call includes rounding)
- Scope of Work: 20 patients per day/volume is high at this time
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Nebraska Lic (Note: Will accept a temp license and IMLC) / DEA / BC
- EMR: EPIC
