- Jan 1-24, 2027; then recurring twice monthly thereafter.
- Core hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM.
- Call: Nightly weekday call; 24-hour weekend call (includes phone consults); call-back minimal (~1/shift if any).
- Weekend Requirements: Yes
- On Call Requirements: Yes - Nights and weekends; minimal CB if any
- After January: In-house Thursday-Friday; call Saturday-Sunday.
- Clinics:
- Volume: LD/inpatient 0-5/day (avg ~2); ~3,000 deliveries/year.
- Scope: MFM service supports high- and low-risk obstetric patients.
- Review/round on inpatient MFM patients with residents.
- Provide inpatient consults and phone consults; in-person evaluations as clinically needed.
- Supervise residents in high-risk OB clinic at Warren as needed.
- Interpret/manage ultrasound services; locum is expected to interpret ultrasounds (1 sonographer, 1 machine, up to 8 ultrasounds/day).
- No delivery coverage, no GYN surgery, no GYN call.
- Required procedures: Amniocentesis; cerclage (including rescue); external cephalic version (ECV).
- Preferred procedures: Chorionic villus sampling (CVS).
- Certifications: BC, MI license or IMLC, BLS, ACLS
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days.
