Maternal Fetal Medicine Opening in ND Located in Fargo, North Dakota About the Position Seeking a BC/BE Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join a growing Women's and Children's Division in Fargo, North Dakota. This consultation-based practice offers a collaborative multidisciplinary team, no call responsibilities, and a state-of-the-art clinical environment within a busy regional referral center. -Full-time employed position -Consultation-based practice -4-5 day work week -Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM -No call responsibilities Practice Highlights -MFM clinic embedded within the OB/GYN clinic and directly connected to the hospital -State-of-the-art remodeled Birthing Center and postpartum units -Collaborate with: -8 OB/GYN physicians -7 Certified Nurse Midwives -5 Nurse Practitioners -2 dedicated MFM nurses -OB Diabetes Educator -Genetic Counselor -3 MFM sonographers -Large regional referral base for maternal and fetal high-risk pregnancies -Level III NICU with newly constructed private rooms -Average 10 office patients per day -Approximately 2-4 procedures per month -5-10 inpatient consults per month -More than 1,200 deliveries annually Compensation & Benefits -Base salary of $617,008 -Additional bonus, quality incentive, and production-based compensation opportunities -Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance -401(k) with employer contributions -Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities -Flexible scheduling -Generous paid time off -Wellness resources supporting work-life balance Community Highlights Fargo offers the amenities of a growing metropolitan area with an outstanding quality of life and strong sense of community. -Metro population of approximately 250,000 -Regional healthcare hub with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals -Safe, family-friendly community -Excellent schools -Active downtown with restaurants, entertainment, and cultural events -Located on the North Dakota-Minnesota border -Approximately 4 hours from Minneapolis-St. Paul Qualifications -Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine -ABOG certification preferred
