Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician – Locum Tenens | Pennsylvania - (DM)

Assignment: Ongoing PRN to Full-Time

Opportunity Highlights

• Flexible coverage ranging from 1 week per month to full-time
• Monday–Friday schedule with excellent daytime hours
• Primarily outpatient/clinic-based consultative practice
• Average 25 patients/day
• Adult/childbearing-age patient population
• Strong multidisciplinary support including RNs, MAs, and APPs
• Ultrasound interpretation and high-risk pregnancy consultation
• Night and weekend call is preferred but not required

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• PRN coverage available
• 1 week/month up to full-time considered
• Night and weekend call available/preferred

Clinical Scope

Providers will manage and consult on a broad range of high-risk pregnancies, including:

• Pregnancy-induced hypertension
• HELLP syndrome
• Type I, Type II & gestational diabetes
• Cardiac disorders
• Pulmonary disorders
• Renal and neurological disorders
• Autoimmune conditions
• Hematologic/oncologic disorders
• Placenta previa and abruption
• Multiple gestations
• Genetic counseling and amniocentesis
• Level II targeted ultrasound
• Fetal echocardiography
• Ultrasound performance and interpretation

Strong ultrasound diagnostic skills preferred.

Requirements

• BC/BE in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Active PA license, IMLC LOQ, or willingness to obtain PA licensure
• DEA required
• BLS required
• Epic experience preferred/required for the assignment
• Clean files can qualify for temporary privileges
• Credentialing approximately 90 days
