Seeking BC Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for Medical Director role in Annapolis, Maryland
Position Highlights:
Leadership role overseeing Maternal Fetal Medicine division
High-volume perinatal program with approximately 5,500 deliveries annually
Level III NICU with advanced neonatal care capabilities
Multidisciplinary team including MFM physicians, OB hospitalists, sonographers, and specialists
Integrated support services including genetic counseling and diabetes education
Academic involvement with OB/GYN residency program
Opportunity for research and clinical trials participation
Responsibilities:
Lead clinical operations across inpatient and outpatient MFM services
Drive quality improvement and program development initiatives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Mentor physicians, residents, and clinical staff
Participate in research, education, and academic activities
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
Demonstrated leadership experience
Active Maryland license or ability to obtain
