Requirements
* Active VA License
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
* Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship Training
* BLS
* Ability to Provide 1-2 Weeks Per Month Ongoing
* Submission Required to All Associated Coverage Requests
* NPDB Self-Query Report Required at Presentation
