Join a dynamic maternal-fetal medicine team in York, Pennsylvania, where your expertise will directly impact high-risk pregnancies and complex prenatal care. You’ll be part of a collaborative outpatient setting with dedicated RNs, MAs, and APPs, focusing on consultative care and advanced ultrasound interpretation. With no call required and a structured schedule, this role is ideal for physicians seeking both clinical depth and lifestyle balance.

🔍 Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No call required (optional if desired)
• Ongoing contract with flexible coverage options (full-time or 1 week/month)
• Patient Volume: ~25 patients per day
• Practice Setting: Clinic-based
• EMR: Epic
• Strong support team: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 APPs

🧩 Clinical Scope:
Provide expert care for high-risk obstetric patients, including:

• Pregnancy-induced hypertension & HELLP syndrome
• Pre-existing and gestational diabetes (Type I & II)
• Cardiac, pulmonary, renal, and neurological disorders
• Autoimmune and hematologic/oncologic conditions
• Placenta previa/abruption & multiple gestations

Advanced procedural and diagnostic responsibilities include:

• Ultrasound performance & interpretation (Level II targeted studies)
• Fetal echocardiography
• Amniocentesis and genetic procedures
• Consultative care for complex maternal-fetal cases

✅ Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Pennsylvania license
• DEA and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong ultrasound diagnostic skills preferred
