- Schedule: Mon-Fri clinic 8a-415p, call on weeknights and weekends
- Practice Setting: Office & Inpatient
- Patient Volume: average 27 scheduled per day
- Support Staff: RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, front office team
- EMR: Epic, viewpoint
- Requirements: VA license, BC/BE, BLS, Fellowship
- Credentialing: 90 days
