• 1 Locum MFM Physician Needed
• Office + Inpatient Coverage
• Support during recruitment period
• Part of 2-provider service model
• EMR: EPIC & ViewPoint
• Average 27 patients per day
• 95% High-Risk Pregnancy Practice
Job Responsibilities
• Perform Amniocentesis & Chorionic Villus Sampling
• Cerclage (Preferred)
• Manage Pre-Eclampsia & Hypertension disorders
• Treat Pre-term Labor & Growth Restriction
• Manage chromosomal & congenital abnormalities
• Perform Vaginal & Cesarean Birth coverage
• Manage multiple gestations and genetic disorders
• Interpret ultrasounds (GE 10 equipment onsite)
• Collaborate with NP, RN educator, sonographer & genetic counselor
• Document encounters in EPIC
Qualifications
• Completed MFM Fellowship – REQUIRED
• Active Virginia License – REQUIRED
• BLS – REQUIRED
• Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
Working Hours
• 05/16 – 05/22
• 05/26 – 05/31
Schedule
• Monday – Friday Clinic (8:00 AM – 4:15 PM)
• Nightly weekday call required
• 24-hour weekend call coverage required
