🏥 Practice Overview

• Setting: Office + Inpatient Coverage

• Patient Volume: Average 27 scheduled patients per day

• Practice Model: 2-provider service (1 per site)

• Support Team Includes:

  • RN Clinic Educator

  • Dedicated Sonographer

  • Genetic Counselor

  • Front Office Team

  • 1 Rotating Nurse Practitioner

• Supervisory Responsibilities: None

• Exam Rooms: 3

• Onsite Ultrasound: Yes (GE 10)

• Onsite Lab: No

• EMR: EPIC & ViewPoint

• Nursery Level: III

🩺 Clinical Focus

This is a 95% high-risk pregnancy population, offering a robust and rewarding clinical experience. Required skill sets include:

• Amniocentesis

• Chorionic Villus Sampling

• Cerclage (preferred)

• Management of:

  • Pre-eclampsia

  • Multiple gestation

  • Growth restriction

  • Chromosomal & congenital abnormalities

  • Pre-term labor

  • Hypertension & thrombophilia

  • Genetic disorders & birth defects

  • High-risk maternal/fetal co-morbidities

• Vaginal & Cesarean Birth

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine

• MFM Fellowship

• Active VA License

• BLS Certification

• AIUM Certification – Preferred

• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
