This role focuses on managing high-risk pregnancies and complex fetal conditions while collaborating with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary specialists.
Serve as a regional MFM provider delivering advanced prenatal diagnostics, fetal surveillance, and comprehensive care planning. This position offers strong clinical support including dedicated MAs, sonographers, and experienced staff, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional maternal-fetal outcomes. Job Responsibilities
- Manage high-risk obstetric patients and fetal complications
- Perform advanced prenatal diagnostics and ultrasound evaluations
- Develop comprehensive maternal-fetal care plans
- Collaborate with obstetrics, neonatology, and specialty teams
- Provide consultative services and referral support
- Participate in shared on-call coverage (primarily phone-based with hospital visits as needed)
- Engage in medical education and mentorship opportunities
Qualifications
- Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Clean malpractice history preferred
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered perinatal care
