Job description
We are seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join its Regional MFM team serving Grand Rapids and Muskegon.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced care for high-risk pregnancies within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The Regional MFM Physician will primarily practice in Grand Rapids with occasional travel to Muskegon as needed.
The team currently includes one community provider and one contract provider affiliated with a residency clinic. This role offers strong support staff at all locations, including a dedicated MA, sonographer, and additional clinical personnel.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform detailed fetal imaging and consultation services
• Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary specialists
• Serve as primary referral source for complex obstetric cases
• Participate in medical student and resident education
• Share call coverage with MFM Partner/Medical Director (primarily phone call, hospital visits as needed)
• Travel regionally between Grand Rapids and Muskegon as required
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) position

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
o Truly Board Eligible candidates must become Board Certified within 2 years of eligibility
• Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• DEA (or willingness to obtain)
• BLS and ACLS (or willingness to obtain)
• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) required at presentation
• Clean malpractice history preferred
• Visa status must be disclosed at submission
