### Overview:
* 4-day clinical work week.
* Deliver expert care for high-risk pregnancies in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
* Participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model.
* Perform diagnostic procedures including ultrasounds and advanced imaging.
* Access to advanced technologies and clinical resources.
* Serve a diverse patient population across varying levels of pregnancy risk.
* Consult-based practice with outstanding collaborative relationships with community providers.
* Dedicated office staff with exceptional longevity, ensuring smooth operations and strong support.

### Position Offers:
* Base salary range of $475,000–$525,000, reflecting starting total compensation and excluding productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other applicable cash compensation.
* CME allowance and additional benefits typically provided by the medical group employer.
* Salary range provided in accordance with State law and subject to variation based on applicable factors.
* Starting bonus of $25,000.
* Retention bonus of $15,000 for years 2 and 3.
* Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and life insurance.
* Paid malpractice coverage, including post-employment tail coverage.
* CME time and expense allowance.
* Paid time away from the practice.
* Two-part retirement savings program with employer matching.
* Loan repayment eligibility through the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. Estimated pay range/amount is $475,000–$525,000.
