We are seeking a Locum Tenens Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician in Colorado Springs, CO.
Locum Tenens Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician
Position Type: Locum Tenens
Specialty: Physician – Maternal Fetal Medicine
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Weeknight and Weekend Call (M–TH 5pm–7am; F 5pm–M 7am)
Position Details:
- Patient Population: Maternal Fetal Medicine (Consultative: 100%)
- Setting: Hospital-based (UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central & North)
- Responsibilities: Coverage for consults, ultrasounds, on-call standby; flexible full-time coverage preferred
- Required Procedures: Ultrasound, perinatology consults
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 4 Medical Assistants, 1 Genetic Counselor, 5 Sonographers
- Days Per Month: Varies; 1–2 weekends/month (1:3 or 1:4 rotation)
- On-Call/Weekends: Required
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine – REQUIRED
- Active Colorado License or IMLC LOQ – REQUIRED
