Job description
A Level I, 400+ Bed Trauma Center in Southern Colorado is seeking a Board Certified, Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist to provide locum tenens call coverage.
-Weekday call, 5pm-7a, Call ratio is 1:3
-Weekend call, 5pm Friday-7am, Monday, 1-2 weekends per month needed
-Seeking someone with flexibility, and availability to fit into schedule as much as possible, up to full-time
-Daytime hours can be variable; consult coverage, ultrasounds, or on call standby
-Avg 5-10 hospital patients/day
-20 minute response time required; Lodging will be provided
-Cover 2 facilities 10 miles apart
-Other MFMs will be available as well as APPs for support
-No supervisory or teaching responsibilities
-EPIC EMR
Compensation to be determined based on experience and availability. Daily on-call rate, nightly on-call rate, hourly rate, and hourly call back rates to be established. Holiday rates are 1.5x regular rates. Travel and Lodging will be provided as will complimentary Medical Malpractice Insurance coverage.
We pay weekly via direct deposit and handle making your travel arrangements, assist with scheduling, credentialing, etc.
