Job description Maternal & Fetal Medicine Physician – Full-Time Livonia / Grand Rapids / Muskegon, Michigan Position Overview Seeking a full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join its MFM team, primarily based in Grand Rapids with additional coverage in Muskegon as needed. This is a full-scope, collaborative opportunity to care for high-risk obstetric patients within a well-established system. Clinical Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive Maternal Fetal Medicine care for high-risk pregnancies and fetal complications
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and other specialists
  • Serve as a primary referral source for regional providers
  • Regional physician role with primary location in Grand Rapids; travel to Muskegon as needed
  • Participate in medical student and resident education
  • Assigned support at all office locations: MA, sonographer, and additional staff
  • Share call with MFM partner/Medical Director (mostly phone call coverage; hospital visits as needed)
  • Current team: 1 community provider and 1 contracted provider supporting the residency clinic
Qualifications
  • Board Certified MFM or Truly Board Eligible recent graduate
  • Board Eligible candidates must achieve Board Certification within 2 years of eligibility
Not considering candidates who have lapsed Board Certification Not accepting locums candidates H1B visa candidates welcome; J1 waivers not accepted On-Call Requirements
  • Call shared with MFM partner/Medical Director
  • Primarily phone call
  • Hospital visits only as needed
