Maternal Fetal Medicine Locums - Texas, 1 Week Per Month
Part-time locums assignment in Texas with full-scope MFM and flexible monthly blocks; starting January 2026 in Lubbock.
Highlights
- 7-day block each month; you choose the week
- Strong support team: 4 RNs, 1 CMA, 4 Sonographers
- Temporary privileges available
Practice Setting
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Full ultrasound and procedure support
- EPIC EMR
- Long-term assignment during permanent search
Schedule
- Clinic: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (with weekday call)
- Night call: 5p-8a, Weekend call: 24-hour (7a-7a)
- Call is beeper-based; 20-30 min response time
Cases and Procedures
- General consults and ultrasound reads (up to 40/day)
- Amniocentesis, CVS, fetal blood sampling
- Cerclage, multifetal pregnancy reduction
- Intrauterine transfusion
Requirements
- Board certified or eligible (within 5 years) in MFM
- Active Texas license or IMLC LOQ
- BLS and NRP required
