- Weekend/On-call Requirements: On call will be shared with MFM Partner/Medical Director – mostly phone calls with hospital visits as needed

Job Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee and lead The Group, Maternal Fetal Medicine’s service line ensuring the highest quality of care for complex maternal fetal cases.
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive and patient-centered care for individuals with high-risk pregnancies including diagnostic, consultative and management services while working closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
- Program Development: Collaborate with other administrative and clinical leadership to develop and enhance the facility's Maternal Fetal Medicine program. The Medical Director will be responsible and accountable for assigned offices and programs in the West Michigan market for achievements around Quality, Service Excellence, Colleague Engagement, Stewardship, and financial goals.
- Education and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to medical students and residents.
Qualifications
Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine - REQUIRED
MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
Minimum of 5 years of Maternal Fetal Medicine medical practice experience (not including training) - REQUIRED
2+ years of work experience in a leadership role or has completed training specific skills to work in the position - HIGHLY PREFERRED
