Dates forAssignment: 2025. One week on/one week off of clinic Monday through Thursday and weekend call.

Job Requirements forassignment #98987
-- Kentucky medical license
-- Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years
-- Two full weeks per month - clinic Monday through Thursday and call that weekend
-- Ideal schedule is every other week
-- Average 24-30 patients in clinic per day
-- Average 2-3 call backs per weekend (low volume)
-- EMR: EPIC
