LOCUM – Mammography Radiologist ($420/hour)

365 Healthcare is seeking two LOCUM Mammography Radiologists to provide breast imaging coverage in Hartford, Connecticut. This assignment is strictly daytime coverage, Monday through Friday, with no call and no weekend requirements, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $420 per hour, along with lodging and travel coverage, rental car or mileage reimbursement, and malpractice insurance included.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• No call responsibilities

• No weekend coverage

• Ability to read, diagnose, and perform biopsies

• Hospital-based with some remote flexibility

Practice Details

• Breast imaging and mammography focus

• Very busy department with variable daily volumes

• Trauma Level I facility

• Full support staff available

• Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

• Rare pediatric cases

• EMR and dictation systems include Epic, PowerScribe, and PACS

Clinical Responsibilities

• Screening and diagnostic mammography

• Breast imaging interpretation

• Stereotactic and ultrasound-guided biopsies

• Aspirations and localizations

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical teams

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology

• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred

• Active Connecticut license or IMLC

• Proficiency with PACS, PowerScribe, and modern radiology IT platforms

• DEA registration or eligibility

• BLS certification

• Experience in high-volume clinical environments

• Prior experience with hybrid onsite and remote workflows

• NPDB self-query within the past month
