MANDATED Job Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABR or ABOR) in Radiology – REQUIRED

Fellowship-trained OR extensive practice experience in Breast Imaging – REQUIRED

Active Oregon License (or in process) – REQUIRED

BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED

Proficiency in mammography and breast biopsies – REQUIRED (note in "Experience" field)

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Compensation (Year 1): $344,000 – $516,000 (based on experience/training)
- Supplemental commute pay for >60 miles

Job Responsibilities
• Level 4 trauma designation
• No ER volume
• Use of Powerscribe dictation into EPIC
• EPIC Mammography reporting
Imaging Facilities:
• Silverton: 1 mammography room, 2 ultrasound rooms
• Imaging Center: 1 mammography room, 1 ultrasound room (screening only)
Support Staff:
• 2 daytime ultrasound techs
• 1 mammography tech
• 1 breast navigator (assists with biopsies & follow-up scheduling)
• Teleradiology not used for breast imaging
• Patient demographic: Adult
• On-site physician role within a 250-radiologist Seattle-based practice
Qualifications
Fellowship-Trained OR Extensive Practice Experience in Breast Imaging – REQUIRED
Active Oregon License (or in process) – REQUIRED
BLS Certification (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
Proficiency in Mammography & Breast Biopsies – REQUIRED (must be noted in experience)
Working Hours
Minimum 3 days/week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays
