Practice Setting: Hospital & Free standing imaging center
Shift: : 730am-4pm - No on cal or weekend
Certification Requirements: Board Certified

State License Requirements: OH License and active DEA
State Additional Certification Requirement: BLS and MQSA/ACR Certified
EMR : Epic, change healthcare PACS
Average Cases per Day : 15-20 Cases
Equipment Onsite : GE, Philips, Hologic Mammo, Phillips US, GE Dexa

Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric
Required Duties and Pricedures:

• Mammography
• Magseed placement/breast biopsy (stereotactic)
• Breast ultrasound

Average Time of Credentialing: As soon as Credentialed,

Dates of Coverage : June 1st 2024 until Nov 1, 2024

Travel Requirements:

• Will reimburse flight, hotel, car rental, mileage billed at the IRS Standard Rate
  
• All other bookings must be standard/economy.
  
• Lodging Cap given
