- Full time M-F 8:30 - 4:30 8 weeks
- 15 patients per day for the full gamet of student population
- EMR/EHR system: Medicat - Similar to EPIC
- BLS
- Wisconsin License
- DEA
- Family Medicine Board Certification
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
