Overview

An outpatient health center in the Greater San Francisco, California Area is looking to add a Primary Care Physician to their team. Along with being the capital of California, Sacramento is also known for being one of the most diverse cities in the country, with a fantastic multi-cultural food scene. The area also has ample opportunities for outdoor recreation, including the American River, a fantastic spot for kayaking and boating, and the Folsom Lake, where people fish, camp, and walk its many trails. This is a perfect position for someone who loves exploring both city and outdoor life.

Position Overview

  • Certification: MD/DO
  • Title: Primary Care
  • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Residency/Training: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Setting: Outpatient
  • Required Procedures: Joint injection, trigger point, preferred but not required
  • Types of Cases: Chronic care, multiple complexities, high volume of diabetes,
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year working experience
    • If provider is IM trained, they must have FM experience and be comfortable seeing all ages

Compensation & Logistics

  • Position Type: Locums 1099
  • Availability: Part-Time or Full-Time
  • Scheduling: January 2022- November 2022
    • 40 hours per week
    • Preferably Mon-Friday 8hr day / will also do 4 days per week at 10 hours / no on-call
