- BC/BE in IM
- Joining 7 internists including 5 hospitalists and 8 family medicine physicians
- A telephone triage system to screen after-hours calls
- 8 hour shifts-5 days a week OR 10 hour shifts-4 days a week
- The patient profile includes elderly patients with co-morbidities
- Call in 1 weeknight every 4 weeks
