100% Outpatient.

EMR System

Patients: Average 15-20 patients per day. This is in combination with in clinic consultations and Telemedicine consults.

Credentialing will be expedited and can be completed within 30-60 days

Curriculum Vitae

Must be Board Certified/ Board Eligible

Must have GA Medical Active license or ability to obtain one without restrictions

Must have active DEA without restrictions
