• Certification: MD/DO
• Title: Internal Medicine Physician
• Board Status: Board Certified
• Residency/Training: Family Medicine
• Experience: Must have 1-year post-training practice experience
• Setting: Outpatient Setting

Compensation & Logistics

• Position Type: Locums to Perm
• Availability: Full-Time
• Benefits: Full benefits package offered once provider goes perm
• Scheduling: October 1st – Ongoing
  • Monday to Friday 800am to 500pm
  • Will take a call during the week – (Rare to get calls.)
    • Most calls go to the nurse advice line. Most calls do not get put through to docs
