Internal Medicine (Medical Director Residency Program) - Salisbury, MD (Maryland's Eastern Shore, Family Friendly, 4-Season Outdoor Recreation)
Tidal Health located in Salisbury, MD, is seeking an Internal Medicine Board-Certified Physician, to become the outpatient residency continuity clinic medical director for our Internal Medicine Residency Program.
The medical director will oversee the clinic and teach residents how to care for patients in the outpatient/ambulatory setting.
They provide appropriate levels of supervision to promote patient safety and create an effective learning environment by acting as role models for future generations of physicians -- demonstrating compassion, commitment to excellence, professionalism, and a dedication to life-long learning and quality improvement.
