Internal Medicine Opening Near Tampa.
Brandon, FL (only 12 miles from Tampa)
Full Time - Permanent
Exciting opportunity for a new or experienced primary care physician (FP or IM) to join a well-established primary care group practice in East Hillsborough County, Florida (20 minutes east of Tampa, FL). This new physician will enjoy competitive benefits and compensation, a great working and living environment, and the opportunity to join a thriving medical practice. We have opportunities in both our Brandon, FL office and our Apollo Beach, FL office.
The Practice:
We have been providing medical care for over 30 years and has a strong established patient base and consistent new patient inflow. The practice has two office locations to include Brandon, FL and Apollo Beach, FL. The group does not see patients in the hospital, office call is very light, and all providers see the equivalent of 4 1/2 days for patients per week. This allows you 1/2 day per week for
catch-up administrative duties or personal work.
The Location:
Brandon, FL is located approximately 10 miles east of downtown Tampa and 25 miles east of the gulf beaches. The roads and traffic patterns will allow for an easy commute from almost anywhere in Tampa Bay. The local education system includes many highly rated public and private schools to include the University ofSouth Florida and the University of Tampa. Three major professional sports teams (football, baseball, & hockey)make their home in Tampa Bay. The State of Florida does not have a State Income Tax and the cost of living for the area is moderate. Current home prices are very buyer friendly. The East Hillsborough area has many new and old neighborhoods, a well-established business environment, and hundreds of local and national businesses to include one of Tampas largest shopping malls.
