This large university town in northeast GA, 70 miles from Atlanta, is seeking a board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine physician to staff a traditional practice with 100% outpatient responsibilities. Designed for immediate growth and success, this salaried physician will join the staff of their satellite hospital in Greensboro, GA, adjacent to Lake Oconee and Reynolds Plantation. The physician will receive a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines, full employee benefits (including profit sharing, relocation expenses and educational loan assistance), as well as, office setup and support from the administrative management team.

The flagship hospital is a general medical and surgical hospital with 165 beds. It is also accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Survey data for the latest year available shows that 35,965 patients visited the hospital's emergency room. The hospital had a total of 9,094 admissions. Its physicians performed 2,886 inpatient and 7,530 outpatient surgeries.
