• Multispecialty physician network providing care across our comprehensive, integrated network of physicians and medical professionals
• Providing Primary, Urgent, Surgical, and Specialty care services
• 16 Total Locations. 72 Physicians.
• Collegial culture, family atmosphere, and significant onboarding and mentorship.

About the Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician:

• Location: Savannah, GA
• Warm weather. Coastal city with a scenic and historic downtown.
• Provide evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
• The Physician will document patient visits and monitor and facilitate activities related to patient care.
• Provide medication and chronic disease management.
• Work alongside their support staff team to treat patients and provide continuity of care.
• This need is due to a retirement.
• Practice Affiliated with 3 hospitals in the local area.
• 25 patients per day
• Call: 1 in 6
• 4.5 Day Work Week

Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician Benefits:

Candidate Background: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Ability to hold a Georgia State Medical License
• Open to experienced or new grad physicians
