VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is representing a new, full-time opportunity for a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician. Candidates must be BC in Internal Medicine within two years post residency. Highlights of this permanent position include:
Practice Benefits:
* Join an established, 50+ provider, multi-specialty group
* Group has been rated as one of the "better performing" clinics for nine consecutive years by the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA)
* Full-time position offering a 4.5 day work week
* Traditional practice sees comfortable call arrangement of 1:9
* Outpatient call by telephone only
* Primary care physicians have the support of a Hospitalist program from 7 am - 5 pm
* Through the hospitalists' support, primary care physicians do not receive calls/messages regarding hospitalized patients during business hours
* Anticipated patient volume of 20-24 patients a day in the outpatient practice
* A competitive income guarantee with rapid incorporation into the physician production compensation formula
